First off, we would love to thank all of the people who came out to see us last Saturday, and welcome to the new people who discovered us at the MOPS Craft and Vendor show.
Our setup from the MOPS Craft and Vendor show.
We had a great time, sold a few things, and learned a lot. We had a slide show of some of the custom orders we have done We are in the process of updating our Pinterest page to showcase these items, and we have a gallery here, just hover over "What We've Been Doing" to the right.

Here's a run down of some of our personal notes from the show. Maybe they'll help another crafter looking to break into the craft show world!
- People (especially younger girls) like owls
- For us, the craft shows should be more about learning from the other vendors and getting custom orders than selling items.
- We think we should be a little more focused for our shows. We only sold Amigurumi items (and our daughter sold a few bracelets), so making sure we have a good variety and number of these types of items would probably help in selling things at the show.
- We also want to showcase the custom work we do. The slouchy beanie scoodie, as well as the slide show lead some of you here, and we should make sure to have some of these items on display.
- We need to learn what kind of show will be best for what we do. In addition to the satisfaction that comes with making custom orders, we enjoy making gnorky things.
- We need a better table cover, banner, and digital photo frame to help give our booth a more professional feel. We are a business, and we need to look professional while letting our awesome personalities shine through.
- We need to make sure to bring something to put our trash into. We weren't to far from the trash, but with a 4 year old running around, it would have been nice to have something at our booth.
- We purchased a banner yesterday. This should help make a lasting impression on those who visit our booth.
